Sibanye Wage Agreement

In an update to shareholders on Friday, Sibanye said the agreements were signed with the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) and the Workers and Construction Association (AMCU). Sibanye-Stillwater, Unions sign three-year collective agreement for Kroondal Sibanye-Stillwater employs more than 5,495 employees at its kroondal underground mine under a 50%/50% pooling and sharing agreement with Anglo American Platinum Ltd. Sibanye-Stillwater says it has signed a three-year collective agreement with unions at its Kroondal platinum mine near Rustenburg, in the northwest. Sibanye-Stillwater has concluded a collective agreement with the representative unions, which leads to a competitive remuneration of our employees, taking into account the longer-term sustainability of our activities its PGM.
